KETTPILOT processes personal data in order to build your training programme. This policy sets out what we store, why, and what you can do about it.

What we process
Account. Email address, an optional display name, and a hashed form of your password. We cannot read your password.
Training profile. Year of birth, sex, height, weight, goal, experience level, training days per week, session length, reminder time, time zone and language. These are used solely to build your programme.
Equipment and limitations. Which kettlebells you own, and any body areas you have flagged as sore or injured.
Training data. Completed sessions, sets, reps, weights, your feedback after each session, and your streak.
Technical. A device token for push notifications and session tokens that keep you signed in.
Health data such as injuries and body weight is sensitive personal data. We process it only to adapt your programme, and never share it with third parties for marketing.
Legal basis
Processing is based on the contract you enter into by creating an account (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Health data is processed on the basis of your explicit consent (Article 9(2)(a)), given by entering it yourself and withdrawable by removing it in the app.
Where your data lives
Data is stored on servers in the EU with Hetzner Online GmbH. No data is transferred outside the EU/EEA as part of normal operation.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Payment
Purchases are completed by the App Store or Google Play. We never receive your card details — only confirmation that a subscription is active.
Retention
Your data is kept for as long as you have an account. Delete your account and your personal data is permanently removed. We may retain anonymised statistics that cannot be linked back to you.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability, and the right to withdraw consent. You can delete your account in the app under Profile → Settings → Delete account. For anything else, write to support@kettpilot.com.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you may complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), datatilsynet.dk, or to the supervisory authority in your own country.
Children
KETTPILOT is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy materially, we will say so in the app before the change takes effect.
